The hotel was impeccably clean with helpful staff who were most attentive to your every request. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible for walking around a historical museum. Set in residential area, eateries and restaurants were near the property;)))

the residential suite was fancy, it had a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle.

The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with comfortable seating in both the lounge area and bedroom. The fridge and microwave in the room were in good working condition. The staff were all very friendly, courteous, and provided a welcoming check-in experience.

Liked our PERFECT stay on this business trip. Spotlessly clean, fair value hotel, its location was magnificent and incredible and close enough to the city and main train station, the airport and the Swiss National Museum. Every staff member was helpful.

Loved the studio style, breakfast was of good quality and served on time in our room. Staff was polite and helpful.

There is extra 25 CHF charge per day if we wanted to use the stove and utensils. With the room rate, I think these facilities can be easily included without extra charges.

Magnificent location in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the main station, perfect cleanliness, bathrobes, slippers, there are even umbrellas in case of bad weather. Excellent wi-fi. Delicious breakfasts that are served right in the room at a certain time (scrambled eggs, buns, croissants, muesli and corn flakes, yogurt, cheese and sausage cuts, fruit, tea, coffee, juices). Ability to choose lactose-free dairy products for breakfast. Capsule coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with minibar, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room is also pleased to have a washing machine with drying function, dishwasher. You can take the capsules for washing and washing dishes at the reception. Attentive staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent soundproofing.

The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass partition, so even just turning on the light in the bathroom will wake up everyone who sleeps at once. The most unpleasant surprise for us was that the stove and drawers with dishes were blocked. At reception, we were told that we had a room with paid breakfast, so we couldn't use the stove. That's very strange. Because, first of all, it wasn't written anywhere on the reservation. Second of all, we don't see a connection between paid breakfasts and kitchen appliances. And by choosing a room with a kitchen, we were counting on using it.
